[Matt 24:16-18]
16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let no one on the housetop go down to take anything out of the house. 18 Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak.

v16 = The temple is located in Jerusalem. Yet Jesus warns the people from Judea to flee to the mountains. The destruction is far and wide.

v17 = Houses in Israel have flat roofs. Roof tops are places where the residents hang their laundry or to enjoy the night breeze. Those who are on the housetop when this disaster occurs should flee immediately to the mountains. Do not run to your bedrooms to grab anything with you. Every second counts.

v18 = Those who are at work, do not return home to collect personal belongings. Message conveyed by Jesus is to get away fast and far. Do not worry about anything left behind at home. There is no time for that.
