Why is Jesus blood important to our christian faith? No salvation without the shedding of Jesus blood.

MATT 26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many [believers] for the remission of sins.

HEB 9:22 In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and ⚠️without the shedding of [Jesus] blood there is no forgiveness [of sin] ⚠️.

Where is the location where Jesus died on the cross? JOHN 19:17. Place of a skull, Golgotha.

What major event happened on the day Jesus hanged from the Cross? Earthquake occurred.

MATT 27:50-51 And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit. At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. ⚠️ The earth shook, the rocks split ⚠️

How did Jesus enter the Most Holy Place? By His own blood.

HEB 9:12 [Jesus] did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves; ⚠️but he entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood ⚠️, thus obtaining eternal redemption.

What is found in the Most Holy Place? Ark of the Covenant.
EXO 26:33-34 The curtain will separate the Holy Place from the Most Holy Place. Put the atonement cover on the ⚠️ark of the covenant law in the Most Holy Place.⚠️

Conclusion. On the day Jesus died on the cross, there was a great earthquake. The earth shook and cracks appeared on the ground beneath Him. While hanging from the Cross, Jesus’ blood flowed down into the cracks. Under the exact spot where Jesus died is hidden the Ark of the Covenant. His blood poured directly onto the Mercy Seat on the Ark of the Covenant. Jesus blood on the Ark of the Covenant has cleansed us from all sins. And His blood has given to us eternal life.
